The Dance Of Death/Song of Death (Der Totentanz)
Yet another work that starts with a lengthy lament of the difficulties of the restoration, and the hacks to work around them, that serves as a warning: don't expect much. This film indeed lived down to that disclaimer. Viewers are, however, mistreated to a musical performance that is sure to have audiences on their feet shouting: “Lady, don't quit your day job!”
