controlled by Israel via its separation wall and military checkpoints (regardless of arrival airport, Israel or Jordan), so the complexities of Israel travel apply here. Travellers crossing between Israel and the West Bank must produce a passport and Israeli-authorized immigration slip.
East Jerusalem, although claimed to be the designated capital of the State of Palestine, has been effectively annexed by Israel, with no travel
restriction between East Jerusalem and Israel. Travel between East Jerusalem and the West Bank, however, is restricted by Israel's separation wall and
its military checkpoints.
